For a long time, I’ve heard this cliché but did not pay it much attention. Recently, while going through Gary Keller’s book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, I heard something which really opened my eyes. It has to do with how the “Rich” and the “Poor” use the money they earn. The rich use their money to buy assets that generate money for them. On the other hand, the poor use their money to buy belongings. These possessions very rarely appreciate in value and definitely do not generate any revenue for them.
